We get it - the CyberBrokers universe moves really fast. Moving forward, we’ll help you out by sharing monthly updates on what our team has accomplished and the exciting things we are working on behind the scenes.
Published Chapter 8 audio for The Paradigm Lost podcast with narration from SuperMassive. Available on Anchor and Spotify.
Gaming
Launched Quest #4 “Ready Player 4”, a three-day online puzzle where community members worked with Spice and Zinc to track down information to help in their journey to finding Ken.
Published a detailed Quest #4 summary so community members can follow along with how solutions were reached. For example, the grid below contained all 51 CyberBroker Talents in leet speak (i.e. Leftover = Lef7oV3r). Highlighting the Talents left unused squares that spelled “SmUgGL3R5L0oT” - the password needed to open the Patient Zero File in the Quest.
Collectibles
Created and rewarded Quest #4 participants and CyberBroker holders with two claimable digital collectibles, “Mecha Body Inventory” and “Mecha Pirated Arm Firmware”. These will be available to claim on cyberbrokers.io/claim later this week. Stay tuned for an announcement on our official Twitter.
We held 2 Writers’ Room calls, where volunteers from the community collaborated with the CyberBrokers writing team to create community-driven plot lines. The current Writers’ Room volunteers are as follows:
The Community Fund financed 2 new Creations, “Lost Paradigms” and “AI Text-to-Image”. Lost Paradigms is a collection of 10,001 unique generative banners, or “Paradigms”, that visualize scenes described in The Paradigm Lost lore - created by digital artists Visual Swim and Gabriel. Additionally, all of the custom 3D assets developed will be made available to the CyberBrokers community for future community projects. Coming soon!
AI Text-to-Image will allow community members to turn text descriptions into AI-generated CyberBrokers-themed images in Discord - made possible by 330.ai’s Pixelcat bot and community member Architect for artistic settings and project management. Coming soon!
Held our first-ever “CyberBrokers Casting Call” to incorporate real CyberBrokers and community-written stories into lore. The following brokers were cast into the limelight:
“Intoxicating the Average” as Chapter 9’s black market Gene Editor who helped Soleia get her memories back.
“Fay from Acidic” as one of the ShaDAO baddies in Chapter 9’s triple d'mezz.
“Stanton” as one of the ShaDAO baddies in Chapter 9’s triple d'mezz.
“Luther Radioactive” as one of the ShaDAO baddies in Chapter 9’s triple d'mezz.
Held 6 Creator Calls on Twitter Spaces, where members discuss Community Fund project ideas, find out what others are working on, and possibly get involved.
Held 6 Community Spaces on Twitter Spaces, where members discuss all things CyberBrokers.
Held a Layer Reveal Party on Discord where community members peeled back each layer of specific CyberBrokers. Some hidden secrets were unveiled.
