Creating a universe as rich as CyberBrokers requires not just one internal team building, it takes an entire community - and luckily, we have the best one out there.
We have allocated 60 ETH over the next year to fund original community-led Creations to help expand the CyberBroker universe. The Community Fund Overview has all the details of how the fund, submission, and selection process will work.
We are pleased to announce that CarTarL (or Carl for short) will be managing the Community Fund for CyberBrokers. We believe it’s a perfect fit to have someone from the community - and that many of you know - help manage the fund and be your primary point of contact. He will work with you through the submission, selection, and delivery process.
Note: Carl is not “behind the curtain,” so he doesn’t know anything more about our plans than you do - so don’t ask him!
Get a team together or create an idea yourself. Flesh out the details of your amazing Creation and write them down. Then, submit using the Community Fund Submission Form.
There will be times when we have ideas we need to create but don’t have the bandwidth ourselves or believe the community can do a better job. These will be offered to the community as a Bounty - we provide the idea and estimated value in ETH, and you provide the details of how you would create it. The same submission process as above will be used for Bounties.
See the Community Fund Bounties document for those we are looking for now.
Mark your calendar! We are hosting a Twitter Spaces on Friday, May 20th at 10am CDT to introduce the Community Fund and Bounties with a Q&A at the end.
In the meantime, we have set up a new Discord channel #cb-comm-fund in the Creative Hub as a place for discussions/questions about the Community Fund.
